  2. CIE will set up a ShareFile or SharePoint secure folder and provide some guidance documents in the folder for your use prior to the on-site inspection by your representatives. 
  3. CIE provides a link to a virtual inspection session, with a link to any support applications needed.
  4. During the virtual inspection, CIE will guide you to document the areas of interest as well as identify some of the potential causes of the liability claim. 
  5. CIE assesses the potential causes for the incident and identifies codes and standards that may apply.
  6. You decide if a report or further expert engineering efforts are needed.
